収集する情報
当サービスでは、以下の情報を収集します。 ・LINEプロフィール情報（表示名、プロフィール画像、LINE User ID） ・予約情報（日時、メニュー、特記事項） ・売上・施術履歴情報 ・サロン管理者の規約同意記録（規約・本ポリシーの版、同意日時、サロンおよび同意したLINEアカウントの識別情報）
利用目的
収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します。 ・予約の受付・管理・確認通知 ・リマインド通知の送信 ・顧客カルテ・施術履歴の管理 ・サービス改善・障害対応 ・規約への同意確認と履歴の管理
第三者提供
お客様の個人情報は、以下の場合を除き第三者に提供しません。 ・法令に基づく開示が必要な場合 ・人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合 本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、Supabase（データ保管）、Vercel（サービス配信）、LINE（認証・通知）、Paddle（決済）、Resend（メール送信・米国：管理画面の確認コード、サロンのオーナーへの翌日のご予約一覧）、Google（Google LLC・米国。Googleドライブ：障害に備えた毎日のバックアップの保管。保存する前に暗号化し、復号の鍵はGoogleに渡さないため、Googleはバックアップの内容を復号できません。保存先のサーバーの国はGoogleが決めるため特定できません。古いものは30日を目安に削除します）を利用します。Googleカレンダー連携を選択した場合のGoogleへの情報提供は、下記のとおりです。各サービスに必要な情報に限り取り扱います。 なお、LINEプラットフォームを通じた認証・通知にはLINE株式会社のサービスを利用しており、LINEのプライバシーポリシー（https://line.me/ja/terms/policy/）が適用されます。
サロンのお客様の情報の取扱い
サロンがお客様の個人情報の管理主体となり、当サービスの運営者はサロンから予約管理・通知・カルテ管理・障害対応に必要な取扱いを委託されます。運営者は委託目的の範囲でのみ利用し、安全管理措置を講じ、必要な範囲で上記のサービス提供先へ再委託します。漏えい等が生じた場合は速やかにサロンへ連絡します。サロンはお客様への利用目的の説明と必要な同意の取得を行います。削除の取扱いは下記「情報の削除」のとおりです。
情報の管理
収集した情報はSupabase（PostgreSQL）にて暗号化して保管し、サロンのデータはサロンごとに分けて扱います。管理画面にはそのサロンのデータだけを表示し、管理画面へのアクセスは、サロンのオーナーと権限を与えられたスタッフが、そのサロンの業務に必要な範囲で行えるように制限しています。運営者はサービス提供・障害対応等に必要な範囲で取り扱います。
Googleユーザーデータの取り扱い（Googleカレンダー連携）
サロンの管理者が管理画面の「設定 → カレンダー連携」から任意でGoogleカレンダーを接続した場合に限り、Google Calendar API を通じて、接続したGoogleアカウントのメインカレンダー（primary）にアクセスします。接続しない場合、Googleユーザーデータは一切取得しません。使用するスコープは https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned（自分が所有するカレンダーの予定のみ）のみです。 【取得する情報（Access）】 ・接続時にGoogleから発行される更新用トークン（refresh token） ・メインカレンダーの予定（接続時点以降の予定と、その後に追加・変更された予定）のうち、予定ID・開始/終了日時（終日予定を含む）・「予定あり／予定なし」の区別・予定が取り消されたかどうか ・予定の変更をお知らせいただくための通知チャンネル情報（チャンネルID・リソースID・有効期限）と、差分取得用の同期トークン 予定のタイトル・説明・場所・参加者などは空き枠の判定に使わないため、Googleから受け取らず、保存もしません。 【利用目的（Use）】 ・AARUで受け付けた予約を、Googleカレンダーに予定として作成・変更・削除すること（予定名は「予約: お客様名 / メニュー名」。管理画面で「名前を表示しない」を選ぶと「予約あり / メニュー名」） ・Googleカレンダーで「予定あり」になっている時間帯を、AARUの予約受付枠から除外すること（二重予約の防止） AARUが作成・変更・削除するのは、AARUが予約のために作成した予定だけです。それ以外の予定を変更・削除することはありません。Googleユーザーデータは上記の機能を提供する目的にのみ利用し、広告、第三者への販売、信用調査・与信判断、AI・機械学習モデルの学習には利用しません。 【第三者への提供・移転（Transfer）】 Googleユーザーデータを第三者に販売・提供しません。例外は、本サービスの運営に必要な委託先（データベース：Supabase、ホスティング：Vercel）での保管・処理、暗号化したバックアップの保管先（Googleドライブ。復号の鍵はGoogleに渡しません）での保管、法令に基づく開示、セキュリティ上必要な対応、および事業譲渡の場合に限ります。人がGoogleユーザーデータを閲覧することは、ご本人の同意がある場合・セキュリティ上の調査・法令対応の場合を除きありません。 なお、AARUはサロンの予約情報（お客様名・メニュー名・日時）を、サロンが接続したGoogleカレンダーへ書き込みます。書き込んだ予定はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従ってGoogleに保存されます。 【保護（Protection）】 ・通信はすべてHTTPSで暗号化します。 ・更新用トークンはAES-256-GCMで暗号化して保存し、アクセストークンは保存しません（必要な時にだけ取得してメモリ上で使用）。 ・Googleデータを保存するテーブルは、ブラウザから直接アクセスできない設定（Row Level Security有効・公開ポリシーなし）とし、サーバーからのみ、サロン単位に絞って読み書きします。 ・管理画面の操作には、そのサロンの管理者としてのログインが必要です。 【保持と削除（Retention & Deletion）】 ・予定の時間帯情報は、連携している間（連携が切れた場合は、再接続または「連携を解除する」まで）保持し、Googleカレンダー側で予定が削除・変更された場合や「予定なし」に変更された場合は、通知を受けて削除・更新します。 ・管理画面の「連携を解除する」を押すと、Google側にトークンの失効を要求し、保存していた更新用トークン・通知チャンネル情報・同期トークン・取り込んだ予定の時間帯情報を削除します。AARUの予約に記録したGoogle側の予定IDは、再接続時に同じ予定を更新するため残ります。AARUがGoogleカレンダーに作成済みの予定は、ご自身のカレンダーに残ります（不要な場合はGoogleカレンダーから削除できます）。 ・Googleアカウントの管理画面（https://myaccount.google.com/connections）からAARUのアクセスを取り消すこともできます。取り消し後、AARUは連携の切断を検知して（次回の同期時・遅くとも約1日以内）同期を停止し、保存していた更新用トークンを削除します。 ・サービス解約後にデータの削除をご依頼いただいた場合、サロンのデータとあわせてGoogle連携に関するデータもすべて削除します。削除のご依頼は下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 ・障害に備えた暗号化バックアップ（予約に記録したGoogle側の予定IDを含みます）には、削除後も、古いバックアップが削除されるまで（30日が目安）残ります。バックアップは障害からの復旧にだけ使います。 【Limited Use】 AARUによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の利用および他アプリへの移転は、Limited Use要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policy（https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy）に準拠します。
Google User Data (English)
AARU accesses Google user data only when a salon administrator chooses to connect Google Calendar from the admin screen (Settings → Calendar integration). AARU accesses only the primary calendar of the connected Google account and requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned scope (events on calendars the user owns). Data accessed: the OAuth refresh token; for events on the primary calendar (events from the time of connection onward, and events added or changed afterwards), the event ID, start/end time (including all-day events), whether the event is marked Busy or Free, and whether it has been cancelled; push-notification channel information and the incremental sync token. Event titles, descriptions, locations and attendees are neither requested from Google nor stored. Data use: (1) to create, update and delete calendar events for bookings made in AARU (event title "予約: customer name / menu", or "予約あり / menu" if the salon hides names); (2) to exclude time ranges marked Busy in Google Calendar from AARU's bookable slots, preventing double bookings. AARU only modifies or deletes events it created for bookings. Google user data is used solely to provide these features and is never used for advertising, sold, used for credit decisions, or used to train AI/ML models. Data sharing: AARU does not sell or share Google user data with third parties, except with service providers necessary to operate the service (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting), storage of encrypted backups in Google Drive (the decryption key is not shared with Google), when required by law, for security purposes, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. No person reads Google user data except with the user's consent, for security investigations, or to comply with law. Data protection: all traffic uses HTTPS; refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; access tokens are never stored; the tables holding Google data have Row Level Security enabled with no public policies and are accessed only by the server, scoped to the salon; admin screens require the salon administrator's login. Retention and deletion: event time ranges are kept while connected (if the connection breaks, until the user reconnects or disconnects) and are updated or removed when the event changes or is deleted in Google Calendar. When the administrator clicks "連携を解除する" (Disconnect), AARU requests revocation of the token from Google and deletes the stored refresh token, notification channel data, sync token and imported time ranges. The Google event ID recorded on AARU bookings is kept so the same event can be updated after reconnecting; events AARU already created remain in the user's calendar and can be deleted there. Users can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections; AARU then detects the revocation at the next sync (within about one day), stops syncing and deletes the stored refresh token. After cancelling the service, users can request deletion of all salon data, including all Google-related data, via the contact address below. Encrypted backups (which include the Google event IDs recorded on bookings) may still contain deleted data until older backups are removed (about 30 days); backups are used only to recover from failures. AARU's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
情報の削除
サービス解約時、ご要望に応じて個人情報を削除します。削除のご依頼は下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 サロンのお客様は、LINEのサロン画面（予約画面）の最下部「登録情報を削除する」から、そのサロンに登録したお名前・LINEの連携と、ご予約・お会計に付いたメモ（サロンが記録したメモを含む）をご自身で削除できます。サロンの管理画面からの削除（オーナーのみ）でも同じ範囲が削除されます。これからのご予約がある場合は、先にキャンセルしてください。 削除後も、過去のご予約の日時・メニュー・金額の記録は、お名前なしでサロンに残ります。 サロンが連携しているGoogleカレンダーに作成済みの予定は、件名を「予約（削除済みのお客様）」に書き換え、お名前を消します（連携が切れている間は、再接続後に書き換えます）。 削除した情報も、障害に備えた暗号化バックアップの中には、古いバックアップが削除されるまで（30日が目安）残ります。バックアップは障害からの復旧にだけ使います。
Cookieについて
認証セッションの維持のためにCookieを使用します。ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にすると、ログインが維持されない場合があります。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合、効力発生日を定め、その30日前までに、変更する旨・変更後の内容・効力発生日を本サービスの管理画面への表示と、登録されたオーナーの LINE への通知（登録メールアドレスがある場合はメールでも）により周知します。
